Toi preparation checklist: where to start

Toi prep is easier when the family shares one task list. Start with the date and a rough budget — they drive venue, guest count, and invites.

4–6 months out: book the venue, shortlist host and photographer, draft the guest list.

1–2 months out: lock menu, invite copy, seating, and the final budget.
